Ohiopyle Multimodal Gateway Project
October 16, 2019The goal of this project was to improve connectivity and safety for vehicles, pedestrians, cyclists and boaters between the Borough of Ohiopyle and the 20,500-acre Ohiopyle State Park, which hosts more than 1.5 million visitors each year.
I-64/Northampton Boulevard Interchange Project
August 27, 2018As one of the highest volume interchanges in the region, the goals of this project were to increase off-ramp capacity and eliminate difficult arterial weaving movements on Northampton Boulevard. The project was completed six weeks ahead of schedule.
Hampton Boulevard Grade Separation
March 23, 2017The Hampton Boulevard (Route 337) Grade Separation project was part of a multi-phase plan to improve transportation around the Norfolk Naval Base and Norfolk International Terminal.
George Washington Highway (Route 17) Widening Project
March 15, 2017The roadway improvements in this project increased the capacity of George Washington Memorial Highway between Hampton Highway and Wolf Trap Road, from four lanes to six lanes, with three lanes in each direction.
I-395 Express Lanes Northern Extension
August 31, 2022The goal of this $480 million Design-Build, public-private partnership (P3) project was to provide a long-range transportation solution that reduced congestion, provided additional travel choices, improved travel predictability, and improved roadway safety.
Maryland Purple Line
August 30, 2022The Purple Line is a 16-mile light rail line with 21 stations extending from Bethesda in Montgomery County to New Carrollton in Prince George's County, Maryland. The goal of this $5+ Billion Public-Private Partnership (P3), Design-Build project was to provide a direct connection to the Metrorail Red, Green and Orange Lines at Bethesda, Silver Spring, College Park, and New Carrollton. The Purple Line also connects to Maryland Area Regional Commuter (MARC) trains, Amtrak, and local bus services, operating mainly in dedicated or exclusive lanes to allow for fast, reliable transit operations. The Purple Line was built to carry over 70,000 passengers a day.
Transform I-66 Outside the Beltway
August 30, 2022This $3.7 Billion project was a public-private partnership (P3) Design-build project designed to transform Northern Virginia’s Interstate 66 into a multimodal corridor to increase traffic capacity, improve motorist and pedestrian safety, and offer new travel options.
I-95 Southbound Rappahannock River Crossing
September 10, 2020The goal of this $132 million megaproject was to reduce Interstate 95 congestion at Fredericksburg by providing local traffic with an additional route to travel between Route 17 and Route 3 without merging into the interstate's general-purpose lanes.

September 3, 2013Quinn Consulting Services, Inc. provided coating inspection services for Spotsylvania County Utilities Department. The purpose of the third party coating inspections was to ensure the work conformed to the project specification.
